Apparel
Tailoring, outerwear, shirting, knitwear, jersey, activewear and swimwear — developed and produced in Turkey, with partner networks in Portugal and Italy where the product calls for it.
Categories where we hold real vendor relationships, not a directory entry.
Suits, jackets, trousers and waistcoats — half and full canvas construction, fused programmes, made-to-measure capability. The category with the least room for a vendor who is learning on your order.
Formal and casual shirting across poplin, twill, oxford, linen and blends. Yarn-dyed and piece-dyed programmes, non-iron finishing, pattern matching to your fit block.
Coats, technical and casual jackets, quilted and down programmes. Fabric development and trims usually drive the calendar here, so they start first.
Fine and chunky gauge, cotton, merino, cashmere blends and recycled yarns. Gauge and yarn sourcing handled at the same time as the design, not after it.
T-shirts, sweats, polos, dresses, skirts and trousers. The volume base of most ranges — where consistency between drops matters more than novelty.
Performance knits, bonded and seamless construction, swim and beachwear. Technical fabric qualification handled before sampling starts.
Short lead times, proximity to European fabric mills, strong tailoring and knit capability, and MOQs a growing brand can actually meet. Where a product genuinely belongs in Portugal or Italy, we say so and place it there instead.
The commercial case, rather than the country brochure.
Fabric, trims and sampling sit within a few hours of each other. Proto to approved sample runs in weeks rather than months, and revisions do not restart the clock.
Our vendor base includes factories willing to run moderate quantities per colour without penalty pricing — the single hardest thing to find when a brand is scaling.
For European brands, short sea and road freight and preferential duty. For US brands, a competitive landed cost against Asia once freight, duty and inventory carrying are counted properly.
In apparel the cost structure is fabric, trims, labour minutes, wash and finishing, and packaging. We build and challenge the quotation against each of them, rather than accepting a single number from the factory.
Selected brand experience
These are past employers and clients of the team, not a list of current accounts. The tailoring and shirting work in particular comes from years spent on the brand side of those relationships — the same side of the table you sit on.
A tech pack, a reference garment or a sketch. You will get feasibility, an indicative price band and a lead time before any commitment.
