Uniqo LLC is a US-registered sourcing and production management company with an office in Istanbul, working with fashion and home brands across Europe and the United States.

We provide brands with end-to-end sourcing and production solutions from Turkey, combining speed, design insight and ethical manufacturing. With a strong supplier network and deep knowledge of the Turkish textile industry, we bridge the gap between established brands and high-quality manufacturers. Where a product is better made elsewhere in Europe, our partner networks in Portugal and Italy give us a second and third option rather than a compromise.
The work covers two divisions. In apparel: tailoring, outerwear, shirts, knitwear, woven and jersey, activewear and swimwear. In home textiles: towels, bathrobes, beach towels and peshtemals, bed and table linen — a category where Turkey has one of the world's deepest production ecosystems, with Denizli at its centre.
For some clients we manage an existing vendor base and negotiate on their behalf. For others we develop a range from sketch to shipment. Most engagements sit somewhere between the two. What does not change is the position we take: we work for the brand, not for the factory. Our recommendations are the ones we would make if the margin were ours.

The work has covered tailoring, outerwear, shirting, knitwear and home textiles, across premium menswear, high-street volume retail and luxury e-commerce.
What that means in practice: your costing sheet, your critical path and your quality standard are read here the same way they are read in your own office — and the factory's constraints are read the same way they are read on the production floor. Uniqo is run between the United States and Istanbul, which is also how the work runs: commercial conversation in your time zone, execution where the mills are.

Uniqo LLC is a US-registered company. Your service agreement and our fee sit here, in your jurisdiction and your language, with someone reachable in your working hours.
The sourcing and production office sits where the mills are. Vendor visits, sample chasing, inline inspection and the daily arguments about delivery happen in person, not over email from another continent.
The manufacturer invoices you directly for the goods. We invoice you separately for the sourcing and production management service. There is no mark-up sitting inside your product price.

You know which mill or factory is making your product and what it costs to make. We do not build our position on information asymmetry.
We source against the certification and traceability requirements your brand already works to — organic and BCI cotton, recycled fibres, OEKO-TEX certified finishing, and factory audits under BSCI, Sedex or your own protocol. It is part of the standard process, not a premium service line.
Inline and final inspection on every order. A shipment that is not right does not leave.
